Fight for right to remain independent

Hi. My name is Hailey. I’m 18 years old and am a senior in high school. I work part time as a cashier. I want to go into the Navy after graduation, so I’m studying for the AVSAB. My hobby is making YouTube informational videos about historic ships on my YouTube page HistoricShips1912, all of which I taught myself.

But because I’m mildly autistic and have some learning disabilities, the Macomb county prosecutor and Judge Harrison of Macomb County Probate Court of Michigan are saying that I’m unable to take care of myself and are trying to force Heitmanis Law Group to be my guardian against my wishes.

The court appointed attorney that was representing me was not doing her best for me. So I’ve had to spend all my money to hire a private attorney. I’ve used all my saving and every dollar I earn on this. And since I’m in school trying to graduate, I can only work two days a week which isn’t enough to pay my attorney fees.

So I’m asking anyone who sees it in their heart to help me with this so I can fight for my right of self determination and to live my life independently when I graduate. I need to raise $3,000.00 by my court date on January 26th. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
