Fight For Kathryn

Kathryn Snider was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Grade 4 brain cancer in June of 2016 at the age of 31. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side August 12, 2021, in Smithsburg, Maryland, after very courageously battling for the past five years. She was the loving wife of Dan Snider and mother of Noah and Adeline. Family was everything to Kathryn and they were her world!

Kathryn touched the lives of many and was a devoted care giver as shown by her choice of careers.  She worked as a nursing assistant in several nursing homes in Frederick County Maryland, was a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities in Florida and Frederick County Maryland and most recently was an instructional assistant for children with emotional and developmental disabilities in Frederick County and Washington County Maryland.  The love that Kathryn had to share will be forever missed!

 In all that Kathryn went through over the past 5 years, her family was always her main concern. She lived for them and their happiness!! All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to supporting her children and husband as they navigate this unbelievably difficult time!
