Fight Evan Fight

Hi my name is Jackie, I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my 15 year old nephew who was just diagnosed with CML (chronic myeloid leukemia). He is current at CHOP, has had a central line placed and is receiving a very aggressive chemotherapy regimen.

Evan is anticipated to be in the hospital for 1+ months during his treatment.

As most of you know, his mother was killed almost 2 years ago, so he is struggling.

Myself, my mom, my brother and Evan’s siblings have been going back and forth daily to CHOP to be with Evan.

I am looking to fundraise for any medical bills that are not covered by insurance, transportation, parking, food for the family and essentials to keep Evan comfortable.

If you cannot donate, all we ask is for prayers to be sent Evan’s way. He has had to endure enough over the past couple years and we’re trying to just make things a little easier and comfortable for him.

I will try to keep everyone updated as much as possible as we go.
