Fight CPS Corruption: Bring Alazaya Home

My name is Amanda Weast, and I’m a mother fighting with everything I have to protect my daughter, Alazaya. After enduring a devastating assault, Alazaya was across country and placed into CPS custody under false pretenses, after getting the case closed and getting her home Michigan retaliated and was able to get our homestate Idaho involved and now they’ve taken her. Since then, our family has faced serious constitutional violations in both Michigan and Idaho, including the denial of due process, false accusations, and ongoing retaliation simply for asking to speak with an attorney.

Now, we urgently need to raise funds to retain an attorney who is willing to take on our case and expose the corruption that has torn our family apart. The attorney I’m looking at retaining can help us fight for reunification. Every dollar helps us get one step closer to justice, healing, and bringing our daughter back to us where she belongs.
