I don't have a magic wand, however I do have a VOICE and persuaded these amazing humans, who are fighting for a miracle, to help by reaching out & inviting everyone to support this fight....it's an honor!

The wish we all have when someone we love is diagnosed with the unthinkable... Stage IV Cancer, at 28 no less...is MAGIC & MIRACLES!!! We all want to help in easing the burden that is felt with a diagnosis of Cancer, we want to know the right thing to say, letting our loved one(s) know how much we care...deeply care. I have the privilege of calling Chris & Macey Esquivel my nephew and niece. Their journey since Chris' diagnosis of Stage IV NET Cancer in August 2021, has left me in awe of their examples of absolute faith, hope and strength in LIVING!!! They have welcomed Tiffin, their incredibly adorable son (named after Macey's Mom who passed away suddenly five years ago) Tiffin is LIGHT & JOY! I have never encountered such hope & persevering strength as I have experienced watching Macey navigate her journey, we call life. First, losing her mom suddenly and then facing the diagnosis of Cancer with the love of her life, Chris. Her example moves me to live better and love better. My hope is that the world rallies around the Esquivel's in love and support as they continue their fight against NET. I cannot believe Cancer has the audacity to attach significant medical bills, that would blow anyone's mind, to its diagnosis. Doesn't seem right...
