Fight Cancer with Etienne — Help Me Stay Here for My Family

I am a father of five fighting cancer, and right now my biggest fear is not being here for my children.

My name is Etienne, and for over 30 years I have built my life in this country with my wife and our family. Today, everything has changed. I am battling cancer while trying to hold on for the people who depend on me the most.

My wife is now carrying everything on her shoulders. She is working, caring for me, and raising our children while I go through treatment that leaves me weak and unable to work. We are doing everything we can to stay strong, but the financial pressure is becoming overwhelming.

We are struggling to keep up with daily expenses, medical needs, and providing stability for our children during this time.

What makes this even harder is that our children are doing everything right.

My son is studying medicine, working toward becoming a doctor, inspired by what I am going through. My daughter has just been accepted to Cornell University on a full scholarship. Our younger children are in school, growing, learning, and depending on us to keep their world stable.

As a parent, all I want is to see them succeed and be there for them.
