Fifth graders raising money for earthquake relief

Dear ASFS community,

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. We are amazed and grateful for your unwavering compassion and generosity.

We are proud to share with you that fifth graders Daniel Varban, Kenan Ozbek, and Fareed Kasm, are leading this fundraising campaign to help provide earthquake relief in Syria and Turkey. Their goal is to raise at least $5,000 to help the victims of this disaster, which has tragically taken more than 35,000 lives and left hundreds of thousands of people without homes.

To achieve this, we set up this fundraiser for the Karam Foundation, an organization run by Syrian Americans, which has been providing aid in southern Turkey and northern Syria for many years. You can learn more about this organization here .

We urge you to join us in supporting Danny, Kenan, and Fareed's mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by this tragedy. Every penny helps and any amount you can contribute will go a long way in making a difference.
