Fidelio Unbound - Classical Music during Covid-19

We are raising money to fund a series of classical music concerts and events by some world-renown artists to take place in central London, in an informal setting, in the Summer 2020. The Classical Music industry has been severely hit by the pandemic and no concerts are scheduled for the foreseeable future. The Fidelio Orchestra Cafe, created with the mission of making Classical Music ingrained in people's everyday lives through informal and captivating experiences, has also acted, together with the Fidelio Orchestra performances, as a musical laboratory for young musicians who ask for chances to rehearse and perform. We think that in these unique historical times such a mission can be pursued by making our space the catalyst of a restart of the Classical Music live performing practice and we have found great support enthusiasm from both top level musicians and young performers or students. 

London is the ideal city for such ambitious project, and finding financial support would make top level live music happen again when nothing is currently being scheduled and musicians all over the world are out of work, in a gloomy atmosphere of increasingly poor expectations. 

The concert series is planned to start in July so there is not a lot of time to get enough funds. The funds will be uniquely used to pay the artists.
