Fibromyalgia Battle: Homeless & Need Help

I am a 10-year survivor of a chronic illness called Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a debilitating condition that attacks your nervous system, causes severe chronic pain, spasms, and fatigue, and has a long list of symptoms, similar to lupus.
10 years ago, I was in a car accident that resulted in a neck injury that caused nerve damage, which developed into Fibromyalgia. I had to do physical therapy and was released after I began to regress or get worse when the treatment and exercises got harder. The doctor told me that it was very dangerous because I had nerve damage and it could cause brain damage to continue the physical therapy. They told me it was nothing more they could do and the only thing I would be able to do is sleep. 2 years ago, I was in a second car accident that totaled my car again and further impaired me. After months of treatment My chiropractor told me my neck and back was messed up and they discovered I wasn’t getting enough blood flow and oxygen to my brain. After CT scans and MRI I also discovered spots on my liver and was told it may be Cancer but I did not accept that it was. It is extremely difficult to function, do simple, basic things like walk, talk, shower, and do chores without my body giving out on me and collapsing, and sometimes fainting. I am in extreme pain every day, all day, and it is rare even with medicine that I get much relief, but I am grateful for even a small amount. I push myself every day just to do the bare minimum. I have to take my time and too often have to sacrifice doing self-care and chores so that I don’t overexert or injure myself. The recovery process from day to day varies. Some days I can do more, but I have to lay down to avoid collapsing and increased unbearable pain. My body also gives out when I sit up or stand for long periods of time. My condition causes anxiety and depression and affects my entire body from head to toe, including my organs. I’m not able to work, although I have tried many times and really want to work and be self-sufficient. I had to give up my business, jobs, school, opportunities, and passions that I was actively pursuing.
The place I was living in was not up to par . We had electrical, plumbing & central heating issues which caused our utilities to be higher than normal. We had to set the heat to 80 for it to war the house because it was not functioning properly. It went out several times and we had to call someone on our own to get it fixed. The plumbing would back up in the sinks, tub and toilet causing it to flood. The owner came out a few times in the beginning but the issues continued throughout the 4 years we were there and we had to call plumbers and other service workers to fix the issues. We were told the house needed new pipes and the cost were too expensive for us to afford. The pipes were filled with sludge and they would have to go into the walls. What they did do to fix it was only temporary and the water would run continuously causing the bill to be extremely high. Our power was also eventually turned off because it was extremely high and could not afford to pay it. We got behind on our rent and was overcharged for late fees causing us to become further behind on other bills. March 17th, I was evicted from my home. At 4 a.m. on March 18th, our car was also repossessed. The day my car was taken we really needed to use the car to get the moving truck to put our belongings in storage. I also have a small dog who is emotional support and my lifesaver. I have not found a place yet, and right now I don’t have the funds to secure one. I rarely sleep long due to pain, but I have not been able to sleep. I’m exhausted, and I more than anything would like peace of mind and security.
The funds will be used for food, transportation, gas, medicine, pet essentials, to pay off past due rent, utilities & the past due balance, pay late fees and moving expenses, hotel stay, storage, deposits, rent & movers. I have done all that I can to stay afloat, but I have exhausted my options and would sincerely appreciate any assistance.
