Surgery for my favorite sister

My favorite sister is a self-employed, single mom with uterine fibroids. Although she has insurance to cover the surgery, she cannot afford to miss work for up to six weeks while she recuperates. She is an accountant by training, education and work experience -- quite simply one of the best at what she does! However, as a single parent she needs her income every month to support her two children and household expenses. It is for these reasons my brother and I said if we start a 'go fund me' campaign and cover your income for the month; you need to have these tumors removed from your body. And she agreed. In total they weigh more than twenty-five pounds and she has endured the pain for almost twenty years; let alone the life altering consequences!
