Our mother Cathy Newcomb has lived with Stage 4 breast cancer for several years. The cancer has spread throughout her bones and liver. She has fought through horrible pain and sickness, taken the good news and the bad but has always persevered. She has an amazing spirit to live! As her family, it saddens us to see her struggle. We ask ourselves "why our mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and wife", she is a beautiful caring person. As most of you know mom owned the "Home Town Diner" in Pulaski. She loved to see her "regulars" everyday and have family visit her at the diner. Recently she has stepped away from the diner to spend more time with her family, hoping to watch her grandchildren play their many sports. After making this decision, she was given more bad news; her cancer has progressed. Our father Ron has also had his share of health issues, most recently a foot surgery that has kept him in a wheelchair for the past six months. Being self employed this has been financially devastating. We are asking our friends and family to donate to help offset medical bills and help our parents get back on their feet. Prayers are welcome and we would appreciate it if you would pass this along to your friends and family.
Love,
Carly, Tina and The Entire Family
