Top Surgery Recovery Fund for Lío (Leah)!

Lío/Leah here! This has been a long time coming, and I am so happy to share that this lil' Tboy is getting top surgery on September 17th!! This is a huge step for me as I continue my journey to define my own interpretation of happiness within my queerness and transness, and I feel so grateful that I get to come into more and more of myself in these ways. With the sad closure of the beloved ʔálʔal Cafe this summer, I am currently unemployed and am heading into my surgery not knowing what my work life will look like come November after my healing period. I am seeking community to help secure funds that will go directly into helping make sure I can comfortably pay my rent, bills, and all the other expenses that come up while I focus on resting and healing.
