Kindness for kurt

Friends, family, and strangers, on December 20th my youngest brother kurt awoke from a nap to the smell of smoke and the sight of flames. Kurt was the only one at the house and asleep when the home he was visiting caught fire. He managed to kick through a window to escape the flames but still suffered from deep 2nd degree burns along with serious smoke inhalation. His belongings were lost in the fire and he is being hit hard financially with medical bills. Changing the dressing on his wounds on a daily basis is costing close to $50 a day, his oxygen therapy cost $180, and with a high deductible insurance plan the remainder of his medical bills will be over $ 4,500. As he is home with us now healing, we are asking for whatever help we can get to pay down some of these bills.
