FHA loan Down payment for a home for our family.

Hello. I come to you today to see if we can raise funds for a down payment to purchase a home for our large family. I have been approved for an FHA loan, but we need to come up with $10,000 for the down payment. It needs to be in an account so I can show the wonderful lady that is helping me. I don’t qualify for the zero down payment program as my credit score is a little low, but it is high enough for the FHA home loan program. We have about a third of the $10,000 already saved up. We are coming to you to see if you can find it in your heart to help us out with any amount. Your contribution would Greatly be appreciated by all of our family. We have until 1/30/2022 to come up with what we need. Thaank you for Thinking of us and God will bless Everyone who believes!!!

Can I please take a moment of your time here today to introduce you to our Wonderful family. Almost 5 years ago I came soaked and tired to Carina’s doorstep.Her and her family took me and my girls age 7 & 10 now, in and talked to me and well I guess she saw I was struggling hard and fighting demons. She brought us in with welcome arms. Her and her whole family welcomed us into their lives when I felt like I had nobody. I was about to loose everything if I didn’t walk through her door. I will always call her my sister, as she has been there for me and for my girls and for my older son. I am so internally grateful to the whole family for welcoming us so much into their family. With their live and support I was able to fight my addiction and win that battle, I was offered a job taking care of her so sweet and funny Uncle Lee. He may be the uncle but he is like the grandfather of the house. Poor guy is 75 yrs old and been blind for over 20 yrs and had a kidney transplant over 11 years ago. He’s a fighter so I know he’ll be with us for a lot more years. He has tons of stories. Especially one of him and Carina’s mom Judy who is 72 and another Amazing women. She has worked for Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. She does almost everything in the kitchen that is not full on cooking. She should be head of the EDR serving and incharge of the kitchen janitorial staff and the prep cooks. She runs circles around all the people she works with.  I guess when you been with a company for almost 20 yrs then you deserve to be able to boss people around. Lol. . 

Almost 4 yrs ago I started being Uncle Lee’s caregiver through Olympic Area on Adult Aging. This made it possible Fir me to purchase a Explorer a year ago and so much mote things I’ve never been able to do for my children and our family. 

Carina also brought me to church to meet Jesus. We started going to Harbor City Church here in Aberdeen. I got baptized April 18 2021 and both Mady & Kamera got baptized the very next Sunday. It was Awesome. The lord has shown me so much hope and even growth in the family. Some learning self control, others learning sometimes life sucks but only you and god can make it better. God is Amazing & I learned God is also on time. So God knows what’s going on and when Everything falls together it’s because he believes in me and my family. 

My sister and I have learned so much about ourselves and each other and have supported each other for almost 5 years know!  I couldn’t imagine doing all this without her. As she may not know it but she is my rock.  My true friend who will tell me how it is and help me see that I knew what was right all along. My sister Carina has 2 great 18 year olds. She has two boys one who is 31 & then the other just turned 18. Joe he has just become a CNA as he took a course this year in high school. Even though all this pandemic he stayed focus and Graduated from Hoquiam High School and like I said got his CNA. Her other son Nick he is like a walking Brain of knowledge. Some say all he does is play games. Well guess what!?!? NOPE YOUR wrong. He is constantly learning things from the internet. Like his family heritage, things from history. Uncle Lee loves chatting with him about history. Also this Amazing women has such a big heart. 8yrs ago Carina’s best friend past away. She had an amazing little girl who missed her mommy. So Carina with her big heart to her best friend’s daughter in to raise when the little girl’ was just 10 or 11. She stayed with her brother and/or father but then Carina seen this girl needed her on her side as she missed her mother so much. . Then the poor girl lost her dad a couple years ago. We are still working on helping her with her relationship with Jesus as right now she needs him more than ever. The two of them just turned 18 this past week and we are so proud of them both. 

An another gentleman who we have adopted as well is one of her oldest sons’ friend from childhood. 

I almost forgot mom, she would say figures! Lol This Amazing women has been working at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino for over 19 years. She runs lays around those youngsters. She wants to retire but she knows she will be bored without work. She is so funny. We love her and this family so very much. 

And of course, my girls who are 7 & 10. They are amazing girls that do amazing things. Mady started Mady Cares on Facebook and we would go out when we have extra food to feed the homeless. Then she wanted to spend her allowance on socks, hats, gloves, hand warmers, tarps and even tents, with her own money mind you. And then my sister and I started putting funds in for her outreach and then she started getting donations from local community members to help out with her outreach. They were sending money for tents, sleeping bags, socks, hand warmers and so much more. Local organizations donated to her outreach as well. Then more families started coming out to help feed the homeless. We started at 3 days a week and now have cut back a little bit as now we feel God wants us to help families for a while. 

It started with just me and Mady doing this outreach to the whole family doing something to help. She brought our family together more and I am so proud of her. 

This whole family is amazing in their own way. The house just wouldn’t stick together with one of us missing. Everyone does their part to help around the house. We have 5 members of the household attending to church now. It’s Wonderful. 

We all put together our funds every month to take care of the bills. We bring in a good amount every month so our house payment will always be covered as well as utilities. 

So, I just wanted to tell you all about us so you can see purchasing this home would make life a lot better for us all. We have a few houses in mind. The right place will show up as we believe in God and that he is Always on time.
