im saddened about the recent news of my oldest nephew Derek being diagnosed with sarcoma cancer..

my brother and his wife need all the help they can get with the medical expenses to come..

Derek has started with medicinal issues at an early age when he was first diagnosed with Diabetes 1 although of many visits to the doctor he has always remained positive and very calmed.
