Cleft lip and palate repair.

Hi my name is Destynie.

Our daughter Jade was born in August of 2022.

Which she was diagnosed with a

Unilateral cleft lip & palate in which

There was a huge hole in the roof of

Jade's mouth leading straight to the

Straight to the nose & only having the

one nostril

we found out when she was born,

at the time we had so many worries & concerns. 

Most of our time researching of how and where she can get sugery

Fortunately we were put in touch with

Nicklaus children hospital, but we are from Honduras and will have to travel to the U.S.

They will helpe Jade & us to accomplish

the 1st part of her journey witch is he lip reapir.

She is now 2 months of Age and surgery will be done at 6 months of age we have to travel to Miami on Febuart 1st for surgery.

So if you could kindly help & donate towards this cause which Me and my famy will be very thankfull to get my little one her forever smile.
