Above her career, Holly’s children have always been her true passion. Recently, a new proud grandmother to her grandson Morgan, Holly has found her true purpose in life, although time with her grandson has been put on hold due to a recent diagnosis. On April 1st, 2022
Holly was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia also known as (AML) a form of blood and bone cancer. She is currently undergoing intense chemotherapy treatment at St. Patrick’s hospital in Missoula, Montana. Due to current COVID/immune precautions Holly is unable to receive any visitation during her treatment. She is forever grateful for the flowers, cards, and words of encouragement sent from family and friends.
Treatment with chemotherapy will continue at St. Pat’s until her blood test is negative for leukemia. Once her treatment is completed in Missoula, Holly will travel to Portland Oregon for a bone marrow transplant and will be there for around four months.
While the exact treatment plan is unknown she has a very long and difficult road ahead of her. Her earliest expectancy to return to work is a year from now.
Any support for travel, accommodations and other expenses will be greatly appreciated. 100% of donations will help with gas, food, lodging, and medical bills for Holly.
If unable to donate monetarily, Holly has asked of anyone who is able, is to please donate blood or platelets with your local Red Cross. Though it may not go to her directly, there is currently a dire shortage of blood Nationwide.
