FGCU nurses plan a memorable pinning ceremony
Donation protected
Florida Gulf Coast University's senior level nursing students will be graduating this coming May and also in December! It is tradition for student nurses to be welcomed into our new profession with a pinning ceremony. Pinning for nursing students is a pivotal moment representing our transition from student to nurse! It is a time to celebrate our accomplishments with our classmates, faculty, friends and family.
This year, the pinning ceremony is being taken over by the students who are graduating, and we would greatly appreciate and be so grateful for your support. Any funds accumulated will go to cost of venue, music, refreshments, decorations etc. to help reduce ticket prices.
We are in a bit of a time crunch, as we have just recently decided the event will be planned by the students. Any little bit helps. From all of the senior FGCU nursing students, thank you so much! We are all so excited to begin our careers as registered nurses!!
