Please Help My Grandma Rebuild After Losing Everything in a House Fire

A fire took my grandma’s home—her safe place, her memories, her comfort—in a matter of minutes. She is safe, and for that we are endlessly grateful… but everything else is gone.

My grandma is the heart of our family. She’s the one who has always opened her door to others, cooked meals for anyone who needed comfort, and offered love without hesitation. Seeing her standing in front of what used to be her home, with nothing but the clothes she had on, broke our hearts in a way we’ll never forget.

Right now she’s trying to stay strong, but starting over at her age is incredibly difficult. She lost her clothes, her furniture, and every little thing she’s collected over decades—photos, keepsakes, family history. Insurance isn’t covering the full extent of the damage, we’re having a hard time coming up with the rest to finish repairs to get her back home, and the cost of essentials, temporary housing, and the long road to rebuilding is overwhelming.
