My name is Isaac Moon. I wrote this spoken word poem, and created this video in dedication to my loving mother and all individuals impacted by Breast Cancer.

My mother is the strongest fighter I know, and I will help increase awareness, support cancer research and care, and help my mother and so many others beat breast cancer with your help!
