On April 1, 2022, Emily went in for a CT scan due to a growth on her ovary that was causing a great deal of pain. Little did her family know that the scan results would completely change their world. The growth was cancerous and had metastasized in both lungs. Subsequent tests confirmed that our beloved Emily has stage 4 ovarian cancer.

Emily, her husband Jeremy, and their three children, Caleb, James, and Eleanor, face a drastic life change with this news. Because of the sudden and unexpected diagnosis, Emily, a powerhouse real estate agent, is unable to work. Her family has dropped everything to devote time and attention to Emily's health. Her husband Jeremy is supporting Emily in a caretaker role and has been unable to continue working. This precious family of five needs help with medical, food, home, and transportation expenses.

Emily has grit, determination, and, most importantly, the faith to take this fight head-on. Her role in her family and community is irreplaceable, and we are rallying around her to aid in this battle.
