The Monroe School's College Tour

The Monroe School is a small private school that serves students with special needs. Each year our small graduating population of students are given the opportunity to attend a collge tour with a larger group of students from different states. 

The Monroe school ask the students and their parents to pay 50% of the cost and The MAYA Foundation, Inc. a non-profit 501 (c) organization helps the school raise the balance not covered by the students (some students need help with the entire cost). 

Monroe has 8 students who will be taking the tour this year from March 20-26. These students give up their Spring Break vacation each year to take this college tour in hopes of gaining on-site acceptance for our graduating seniors and an introduction to college life for all of the students on the trip.

Your donations will be a generous help to support the 2016 college tour. Donations will be managed by The MAYA Foundation, Inc. and all funds will be used specifically for The Monroe School's Collge Tour. The funds cover all transportation and room and board expenses for the 7 days and 6 nights of the trip.
