Clifton Holt was the innocent passenger in a car that had a head on collision with a Septa trolley on December 23, 2015. He is brain dead and will be pronounced dead on December 26, 2015. His life insurance policy was set to start on January 1, 2016. Unfortunately the policy will not cover him because of his untimely death before the start date.
