A few weeks ago, my mother was diagnosed with advanced uterine cancer. After several tests and doctor visits, we received devastating news—she may only have about two months left to live.

My mother is everything to our family. She is our strength, our support, and the person who has always held us together. Seeing her go through this pain is something I can’t even put into words.
