Hi everyone I hate to ask for help,but it has come to that. Some of you know what has been going on, but for those who don't My husband Steve was in the hospital for a month and a half. He injured his knee at work and fluid build up in his knee from that injury turned into sepsis. The infection started in his knee and then got into his blood stream traveling to his chest. He has had to have 5 surgeries, 2 clean outs of the infection in his knee, and 3 in his chest. The infection got into his clavicle and they had to remove 3 inches from his clavicle. He now has a wound vac in his chest and will have that for about 3 months,he also has a pick line to administrate antibiotics  through that I have to give him 3 times a day. He is finally home and it's going to be a long tough road ahead of us. He is the main income in the house, and because he needs 24 hour care practically it is hard for me to work. I also have many medical issues that prevent me from doing a lot of what I use to be able to do. So I am asking for any little bit of help to get us back on track from his missed work. Like I said we are a proud family and hate to even ask for help. Our kids have been a great support and have helped us as much as they can. But it's just not enough. So anything right now would be a blessing.
