Charlie is a 3 1/2 year old Beagle Shepherd mix.  He recently became ill and had to go to the animal hospital where he was diagnosed with megaesophagus and pneumonia.  Further testing showed the cause to be an autoimmune disease called myasthenia gravis.  So far his vet bills are over $4,500, which is money we don't have.
