Hi, my name is Tyrone Gillard, and I am opening up this fundraiser to help my family get back on our feet after an unforeseen and unavoidable financial setback. My wife has had constant issues with her family in the past, and without going into too much detail, her past dealings with specific family members put her in a position that would have threatened to have her wages garnished. I have done my best to be financially responsible and maintain our finances well enough to shoulder unforeseen expenses such as this one. Thanks to my efforts, we were able to cover the cost. Unfortunately, we have also been left in a bad spot financially. Maintaining my business, saving up for a car, and taking care of our daughter's needs will now be much more difficult for us going forward, and we are just requesting a bit of a boost to get us back on track. If you have known me for a while, you know I'm not one to reach out for help like this, and my policy has been and will always be "Any financial support you can offer is GREATLY appreciated, but it is not expected or mandatory." I don't expect anyone struggling to manage their own situations to give to a cause and make things harder for themselves. But if you have it to give, we will humbly accept.
