Few bike upgrades while recovering from shoulder surgery.

I'm having shoulder surgery and will be off work for a while. For my birthday, I would like to do a couple of upgrades on my bike. All the help will be greatly appreciated. Nothing big, just some small things to help with getting back out there. Thanks to all that helped me with my birthday wishes.
