Fever Goes to Northwest Challenge

Hello!
We are The Ohio State University Women's Ultimate Frisbee Team - Fever. Every year, we travel across the country to compete with the best of the best in the women's college division . We have had the opportunity to compete at College Nationals for the past 8 years, but our goal this year is to return with our eyes set on a higher finish.
This year, we are traveling to Seattle, WA to compete against other Nationals-caliber teams at Northwest Challenge (NWC). While we are very excited for this opportunity, it comes at a large financial cost for the team. Plane tickets, tournament food, rental cars and other unanticipated costs add up for each of its players and the toll hits especially hard on us as college students.
We look forward to all of the high-level competition we will face at NWC, and we hope you will support us in our endeavor to challenge the country's best college women's teams. We greatly appreciate any support you are able to give. Anything and everything (even a share) truly goes a long way. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement.

Summary of 2019 Season:
Florida Winter Classic (Gainesville, FL): We opened up our season at a windy but warm tournament in Florida. We ultimately faced Dartmouth in he finals and rallied from a 5-1 deficit to bring them to universe point. The game was full of great and determination. We were unable to pull off the win, but this kicked off our season showing the division what Fever 2019 is capable of doing.
Queen City Tune Up (Charlotte, NC): After a tough yet gritty loss to Tufts in pool play, we met UNC in quarters but fell to them 14-10. While we didn't end this tournament they way we had envisioned, we came out extremely humbled and with a renewed drive to work even harder.
Commonwealth Cup (Martinsville, VA): Fever has traditionally thrived in rain and mud, and this tournament was no different for us. After a successful Saturday, we met faced UNC again in the semis. This time, we came out with a fire and intensity that fueled us to an 11-9 victory. At the end of the day, we were crowned the Commonwealth Cup 2019 Champions.
