Fernando Fire Relief Fund

Hi, my name is Kristina, and I'm fundraising for my cousin Fernando Collazo AKA Chapo. Chapo had recently lost everything in a house fire. On June 27th, a fire started in his roommate's bedroom right below his bedroom. Luckily, Chapo was the only one home at the time and was able to get out of the house safely. Chapo had been a Registered Nurse at Lawrence General Hospital for many years, worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic helping others, and continues to do so as a Travel Nurse. If you knew Chapo, you know how he loves to make everyone laugh with his big personality and how big of a heart he has. He loves being a nurse and helping others and would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need even after losing everything himself.

All donations will go towards securing new housing, necessities and anything else that may come up along the path to Chapo getting back on his feet. It will take some time to recover from his loss, but any contributions would be greatly appreciated!
