Its that time of year again. The second annual Fern Family Day is coming soon. As you may know August 19th has been designated Fern Day by the mayor in 2020. This year will be the second annual public celebration of Fern Cunningham-Terry and her accomplishments in the arts community. Last year was a wonderful time with families and friends enjoying music, art, food and each other. This year we plan to do it bigger and better. We encourage parents to bring children we will have many interactive arts activities and plenty of food, good music and talented people. This year the event will be held at the same place as last year the National Center for Afro American Artists. The day will be August 24th starting around 12pm and ending around 5pm. Please donate as much as you are able, since we want the experience to be free we do rely on donations to cover a portion of the costs. Come out and enjoy the creativity.
