We're making a movie!
So, here's our elevator pitch: recently, we were chosen as one of the final four in Vancouver's "Film Heist" competition, generously sponsored by Old Bank Studios and InFocus Film School. We're aiming to raise $1500 to cover remaining production costs, and we'd love for you to be a part of bringing our short film to life.
Ferment is a story about long-time friends (perhaps too long) throwing together a last minute surprise party as they grapple with the gritty truths of growing up and growing apart from each other.
Now, here's the kicker: we've only got three days to make this film happen! It's going to be a whirlwind, and we're diving headfirst into the chaos of filmmaking.
Here's where you come in: your contribution will go directly to supporting our talented artists and covering essential production expenses. We're all about diversity and inclusivity in this project, and we're proud to already have so many women and queer artists in our key creative roles. As our team grows, we're committed to amplifying the voices that are often underrepresented in the industry.
