Ferenzi’s Fight

Chris is a hardworking person and has done everything in his power to build the best possible life for his wife, Abbey, and their 4 children, Cale (18), Colin (10), Audrey (5) and Alayna (18 months). In March of 2018, at just 34 years old, Chris found a mass on his lymph nodes. After countless appointments, scans, biopsy’s and sleepless nights, on March 20, 2018 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (diffuse large B-cell). He received chemotherapy over several months and went into remission in August 2018.
Unfortunately Chris' cancer returned in November of the same year. Everyone was disappointed at how quickly this happened and how this affected his prognosis. Luckily he was selected to participate in a research study that allowed him to utilize a new type of cancer treatment that is not yet funded by insurance. Chris received CAR T cell treatment starting in January 2019. He was hospitalized for 3 weeks and now needs to remain home for several months to recover.

Whether it be as a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, a co-worker, a coach, or a friend, Chris has and will always be there for others without hesitation. Now we have the opportunity to return this same devotion to him. I am asking from the bottom of my heart for your help in returning this support to my brother and his family during this difficult fight.
