Ferebee Family Fund

Donation protected
In January of 2018, Lee Ferebee of the Lexington, MA Department of Public Works, employee of 33 years suffered a serious stroke where he had severe bleeding in his brain after working an all-night snow storm.

Due to his lengthy recovery process Lee has exhausted all of his benefits and no longer has an income. Lee's wife Tanya is the caregiver for her disabled sister who resides with the Ferebee's and now is also Lee's caregiver and cannot work at this time.

Lee's coworkers and friends would like to raise money to help support the family so Lee can afford to continue his physical therapy and progress towards improving his quality of life and hopefully returning to work. Lee exemplifies Lexington Public Works and is beloved by all of his coworkers and members of the community.

Lee Ferebee also has given back to his country, serving in the United States Air Force from 1980-1984 and was stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base, which is how he met his wife Tanya a resident of Lexington at the time.

Mr. Ferebee has two children, Lee and Quintin and a little buddy who means the world to him, his grandson Zeke.

Please help us raise money so Lee can have a quality of life he and his family worked so hard over the last 33 years to create and keep his goal of returning to work alive. The money raised will be used to help support Lee's family during this difficult time and also help pay for his mounting medical bills. Thank you very much and any amount given is greatly appreciated.
