With a heavy heart we ask for your help. On Friday April 24, the Galvez family experienced the loss no one ever wants to experience. Ferdinando Galvez or better known by most as Junior, JR, or Ferdi lost his life unexpectedly. He was an amazing husband to Kelly, father to Nicolette and Gianna, brother, uncle and friend loved by all.
Junior loved his life. He loved his family, He loved his friends and he loved his work family. When he spoke about "his girls" there was a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. They were his reason for being and he was so proud of everything they accomplished and would become. He valued his family and the way he was raised. He was determined to continue to show that through his girls.
They don't make men like Junior anymore, a true gentleman, a class act, the OG of Family Court. When he walked the halls of family court, everyone knew him. He knew all the cases, everyone around the table and how to answer each question. He was more knowledgeable than most that were sitting in the room, but he never made anyone feel less than. He was respectful, kind, confident, funny, and had a huge heart. Over the years he helped so many. No single person has had a bigger impact on family court then he did. He had a way of reaching the most unreachable people in a way no other person could.
He was a support system to many of his friends and family, always being the one you went to for advice and it was always good advice, no matter the subject. He knew the right words to say, and when to say nothing at all and just be present. He was the best friend anyone could have.
We know that he is utterly irreplaceable and so please consider helping out his loved ones through this difficult time as they navigate this tragedy and move forward in life without him. Donations will go directly to his wife, Kelly, Nikki and GG to help with future expenses.
