Corina's Battle Against Cancer

Hello,
My name is Paula Kay Carlson, and I am trying to raise money for my beautiful friend Corina Ramirez.  She is a special person, so let me tell you about her....she is 36 years old, and lives with her life partner Chris, and they have 2 little ones, Cristobal who is 4, and Casandra, who is 22 months. One year ago, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. She had 2 surgeries to remove the large mass, and a couple of other tumors from her aorta. She underwent a full  6 months of chemotherapy, and it was very hard.  The courage and grace she showed throughout that ordeal was astounding, and she managed to care for her babies with help. She has people who love her, and they came forward to help in every way they could. After a 3 month break from chemo, the cancer is back, and striking with a vengeance. Many colonies of tumors are now growing, and she is terminal. She is putting her things in order, loving her family, and being as strong and as graceful as she was before.  I would like to see her be able to take her children on a vacation, or even to have the money to do special things together here in Kansas City, before she is too ill.  It has always been her dream to take her children to Disney in Florida, and I would like to raise funds as soon as possible, as time is of the essence here.   She is a loving mother who is trying to create memories that Cristobal and Casandra can cherish. I am hoping for funds within a month so a trip can be planned for this Spring.  This means so much to me, and would mean the world to her and her family. Please help me make this come true. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Please help.
