I'm finally organising my top surgery, it's been 4 long years.

A lot of my actual surgery costs are covered however I'm finding out very quickly that the expenses outside of the surgery itself are piling up and I'm drowning.

For transparency I have a breakdown of what I need to pay for:

Multiple therapy appointments (WPATH required) - $200 per session

Deposit- $500 to secure a surgery date

Rides to and from the hospital for surgery and post surgery - $30+ round trip (I will need to make multiple)

Ordering food and take out for the first 2 weeks after surgery - $50 a day (not nessecary but it saves me cooking and trying to do shit whilst I'm recovering from a major surgery

I've had the goal of $5k only because costs keep cropping up unexpectedly ( and I'm hoping the ATO give me enough) and I'd rather have a goal that's way over estimating than not enough.

Any funds I receive I will ONLY be using for these purposes and any that I don't use will be donated to another person's Top Surgery Fund
