fenced run for foster animals

I have discovered a purpose for my life, late but better than never. I am a foster and while I have a lot of room my yard is not fenced which prevents me from taking on dogs as fosters. I would like to make it big enough for the dogs to really enjoy. 5' x 25'x 25'.  With this project my own dog and any potential fosters will have a safe place to run which will help me be able to foster more animals. If I can get the funds for supplies by spring of 2019 I am sure I can get help installing it. It would be a dream come true and I would greatly appreciate any help. Also these supplies do not have to be new. If you can find them somewhere free, have parts laying around or even find at a seriously discounted price that is even better. I ain't picky and beggars can't be choosers. Used is fine with me. Thanks y'all for taking the time. I'm grateful.
