My sister is a CPS officer in Texas - she has dedicated her life to helping children that could not help themselves. Now she needs help. She has a tumor around her heart in the shape of a hand, an anirism in her arerta, and 30% lung compacity. About two years ago she got a German Shepard (ELIJAH) to keep her company. Elijah is fun loving and full of energy as you can imagine, at two years old. Elijah keeps getting out and Kathy (my sister) does not have the lung capacity to keep chasing him, plus they live on a very busy street. My sister cried herseft to sleep not wanting to give her companion up but felt she had no choice for her safety and Elijahs. Me and my sisters decided we wanted to try and help (Kathy and Elijah) stay together, as best friends should. We are trying to raise money to get her a fence put up so that she can keep her best friend safe and not have to give him up.
