My best buddy and sweet dog was attacked by another dog on our walk on October 7th. He sustained a broken rib and dislocated hip. Unfortunately because of his hip dysplasia he will need surgery to repair his hip. The surgery is a femoral head surgery where they shave the head of the femur to create a new insertion to the hip. It’s a common, but complex surgery, and very expensive.

Without the surgery, Oliver is in a lot of pain and cannot use his back leg, making running and jumping (his two favorite activities) difficult. The pain meds make him groggy and takes away his fun loving spirit.

If you have met Oliver, you know he is the sweetest, kindest little boy. I want to be able to give him a full, happy, pain free life, and get him back to his normal happy, loving self.
