Weldon Cricket club now hosts three girls teams and a women's rounders team. YAY!!

This is fantastic and is off the back of a big commitment to female sports made by the club over the past few years.

The boys and men get changed in dedicated changing rooms but the girls have to get changed in the loo...

BOO!!!

2026 will be the year this changes and we are committed to buying a female changing room for the 2026 season. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

We have some fantastic sponsors who have generously supported us for many years. However we don't have the funds to purchase the unit as it stands.

We will be applying for all avaliable grants and match funding options avaliable, but first we need to raise some funds ourselves.

We will be hosting events like the bingo night in Feb to try and raise as much money as possible. Many of you have donated prizes for the fundraising days and we are very greatful! We hope to raise significant funds from events like that.
