Dear Family and Friends,
It is with heavy hearts that our step father, Felix Resendiz Olvera has passed away March 19, 2025 due to stage 4 colon cancer. For the last 3 years, he has been through 2 surgeries, chemotherapy and many stays at the hospital fighting for more time to live on this earth. Sadly it was not enough to beat cancer. He has brought soo much joy and inspiration to us all and having him it’s heartbreaking to know we are now planning for his final farewell. As much of family support we can give,We are not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Felix the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory, and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help our mother cover those costs. Please know, “It’s not about how much you give, but how much love you put into giving.” -Mother Teresa. Querida familia y amigos: Con gran pesar, nuestro padrastro, Félix Reséndiz Olvera, falleció el 19 de marzo de 2025 debido a un cáncer de colon en etapa 4. Durante los últimos 3 años, se ha sometido a dos cirugías, quimioterapia y numerosas hospitalizaciones, luchando por más tiempo de vida en este mundo. Lamentablemente, no fue suficiente para vencer el cáncer. Nos ha traído muchísima alegría e inspiración, y con él, es desgarrador saber que ahora estamos planeando su último adiós. Con todo el apoyo familiar que podemos brindar, no estamos preparados para el alto costo de un funeral. Queremos brindarle a Félix el homenaje que se merece, honrar su memoria y darle nuestro último adiós. Actualmente, estamos solicitando donaciones para ayudar a nuestra madre a cubrir dichos costos. Sepan que "no se trata de cuánto das, sino de cuánto amor pones al dar". -Madre Teresa. Les estaremos eternamente agradecidos por su apoyo durante este momento difícil.❤️
