Hi, my name is Felix Fernandez. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a humble request. After a series of dental issues caused by malpractice which I won’t go into detail about I’ve now lost five molars. The damage has become so severe that my face is visibly shifting and becoming distorted. It’s heartbreaking and something I never imagined I’d be facing.

I’ve always tried to stay strong, positive, and motivated. But this situation has deeply affected my self-esteem and spirit. Looking in the mirror no longer feels like seeing myself. I feel lost in a body that doesn’t reflect the person I know I am inside.

This is my last resort. I’ve tried everything else, and now I’m turning to you my community, my friends, and those who know me or believe in second chances for help. I need $15,000 to undergo the dental surgery required to rebuild my smile and stop the facial distortion from getting worse.
