Hello, I'm Felix and I am trying to raise money to afford a wheelchair. I have a progressive disability from getting Covid multiple times, and it has sapped a lot of my strength. Currently, I only get out to attend class at college (I am an art student! I do a lot of paintings and poetry), but I would like to be able to see friends more often, attend more school events, enter some art shows, and start reading my poetry at open mics. I've used forearm crutches for about 2 years now, but as my mobility continues to worsen, they aren't supportive enough for me outside of short distances.

The wheelchair I would like to get is a motorized wheelchair that is compact and just under 40 lbs with the battery and would be pretty easy to transport without needing special equipment. It hopefully won't need much more than a custom cushion for additional support and should work with my access needs.
