Hello my name is Felisha Kun , I’m asking for some help in the next few months as I just received my second kidney transplant . I do have a job but currently have to take the next three to six months off due to the transplant . My team had to manipulate my intestines and push everything over to fit in another kidney ! Life can be overwhelming and any little bit would help out ! I was a diabetic (type1) for 22 years , my two kidneys failed while I was pregnant 6 yrs ago all while losing my son while being 5 months pregnant , my mom donated a kidney the first time and I had lots of support financially but since the passing of my brother a couple months ago money had to get put else where I just received my second kidney from a deceased donor February 14 ,2023. If anyone could help with anything I would be more than grateful. I get to go home today 2/17/23 but starting Monday I will make daily trips to get checked or any medicine I would need for about 2-3 weeks , any donations would help me getting back and forth , helping to pay for parking , medications , hospital bills etc . This will be ongoing for a good solid three months before they clear me to go see them only once a month . Please anything will help , even a dollar will add up please and thank you .
