Hi, my name is Felizitas!

I grew up with a passion to help people and last year I travelled to the Sacred Valley Peru and spent 4 months volunteering at the Sol y Luna Foundation. It was one of the most unforgettable and unique experiences in my life. The smiles and constant happiness of the children touched me in a way that is hard to explain. I have developed an incredible bond with the children and have now joined the foundation as a Young Ambassador.

Everyday these children live with new challenges and show inspiring levels of resilience, maturity, and strength. Therefore in honour of them, I was determined to give back.

I am not the best runner in the world and have not been a runner for a very long time but, on Saturday the 11th of May 2024, I will be participating in the London Battersea Half Marathon.

By participating in the Half Marathon, I aim to raise much-needed funds and awareness for this outstanding cause. Every step that I will take, every moment of suffering, will be dedicated to these children that I have grown to love so much and who have been faced with much much harder suffering.

Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge impact on the lives of these children. (I know, because I have seen it in real-life).
