Felipe R. Ramirez Jr. - The Boot Maker

Hi, my name is Frankie Avalos and I am setting up this fundraiser page on behalf of The Ramirez family.

Felipe R. Ramirez Jr. , age 54, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, 2/25/2024. His family has been left heartbroken at his unexpected passing. He leaves behind his sons, grandchildren, brothers,sisters, nieces and nephews as well as many friends who he considered his family as well. We are confident that he was greeted by his mother, Margie R. Rodriguez and his father, Felipe T. Ramirez Jr., with open arms in heaven.

We are asking for help in raising money for his final farewell during such a painful time. Unfortunately, he did not have a life insurance policy, homeowners policy or any savings to help his family cover such a sudden and unexpected loss. No amount will lessen the heartbreak of losing him so soon but it will help his children and family with this enormous heartache. All donations received will be handled by his sister, Sandra R. Ramirez, who is in charge of making funeral arrangements for his celebration of life.

Felipe or Chonkie, as he was known to many, was a boot maker who was talented at his craft and who took great pride in his work. Following in his father's footsteps, he loved making custom boots for people all over DFW but his beloved Oakcliff was where he loved to practice his craft the most. He loved people and making people laugh. His absence will be greatly felt.
