Feline the Burn in the 2023 SoCal Ragnar Relay

Since the 2022 relay didn't scare us away, team Feline the Burn from ACCESS South Bay is headed to compete in the 2023 SoCal Ragnar Relay on April 14-15! While completing the Ragnar relay, our team of 12 runners will take a break from our normal jobs of working around the clock to provide emergency and specialty veterinary care to the pets of LA's South Bay to collectively run approximately 200 miles from San Diego to Huntington Beach around the clock for 2 days. In addition to our blood, sweat, and (maybe but hopefully not) tears, the logistics of getting our team to and through the 2023 Ragnar require vehicle rentals and fuel, accommodations for our runners to get a nap and a shower between their relay legs, safety equipment for the runners, and nutritious snacks to keep everyone running both literally and figuratively. Any funds raised in excess of our goal and needs will be donated to local animal shelters/rescue organizations.
