#FeliciaStrong-Help Her Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Meet Felicia and Jay Malyuk and family. You may recognize Jay, also known as Chiefnitro from TikTok and a retired Navy Chief of 20 years. Felicia and Jay have spent years helping others; assisting those in need in their community and Jay completed five deployments for our county. Now they need our help.
About a month ago, Felicia noticed a lump in her breast. Being a 48 year old young, healthy momma of four (and grandmomma of two), she didn't think much of it. However, it quickly became very hard and painful and she scheduled a mammogram. To everyone's shock, Felicia was initially diagnosed with Stage Two breast cancer. Tuesday, March 30th, Felicia went in for a biopsy, ultrasound and other tests and today, April 1st, Felicia was told she has aggressive Stage 3 (possible Stage 4) invasive Ductile Carcinoma that has spread to a lymph node. This was not an April Fool's joke. It is devastating news that no one wants to hear. Next week she will have a pet scan to see if the cancer has spread outside of her breast and axillary area.
Even with excellent medical insurance, there will be medical bills they will need help with. Felicia will undergo rigorous treatment and will likely be out of work for some time. This is where you come in.
Please consider donating to this amazing family. All proceeds will go to ensuring Felicia gets the best care available, even if that means going out of network. Any funds left over will be donated to help other breast cancer warriors. If you can not donate, please share this with everyone you know. And of course, keep Felicia, Jay, their children, grandchildren and family in your thoughts and prayers.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me here.
