When it rains, it pours! Desperate times call for desperate measures!

Dear Friend/Supporter/Community,

I’m reaching out during a deeply challenging time—not to ask for a handout, but for a hand up.

I’ve been the primary caregiver for my mother for the last year, who is living with advanced dementia. Caring for her has been both an honor and a full-time responsibility—emotionally, physically, and financially. Recently, unexpected emergencies and escalating care needs have pushed me to a critical point.

Despite doing everything possible to manage, I’ve reached a place where I can no longer do it alone. I'm humbly asking for support to help cover essential costs, such as medical expenses, facility care, and emergency living needs. Due to budget cuts, I have been laid off from my job at the Community College.

Every contribution, no matter the size, goes directly to supporting my mother’s well-being, allowing me to continue providing the care she needs with dignity, and replenishing my depleted savings.
